What have you done so far? A little more info would help.
The brake booster uses hydraulic pressure from the power steering pump, so you should start there.
Check the belt, P/S fluid level and condition, and see if the fluid is pumping with the truck running. Look for fluid movement in the reservoir.

The Power Stroke trucks use a system called hydroboost for the power brakes. In a nutshell, the power steering pump also powers the power brake booster.
As FireMe pointed out, sounds like the power steering pump is either low on fluid or has failed on you. repair the leak and refill or replace the pump as needed. I'd bet at this point if you did run it out of fluid you now need to replace the pump also.
