There are probably 6 bolts/screws on top of the cowl cover. Take those out. Open your hood and there are about 6 more along the edge of the cowl where it meets fire wall. Remove them. Unplug the wiper motor electrical connector. The cowl will pull up and slide out but the corners of the hood might give you a little bit of trouble in the clearance part but it can be done. This should give you the access you need to the bolts for the wiper motor.
