I just got an alignment after i lifted my truck. however it looks like i am driving a JD tractor down the road the front tires are tilted in. is there a quick fix for this just an adjustment? or do i need to reach into my pocket and buy yet another part.
i did some looking online FTE and just found stuff about aligning.
The top is out more than the bottom? That's negative camber and it can be adjusted with camber bushings, but only so much. I would take it to a custom truck shop and have them take a look see. A place that specializes in lifts.
Actually when the top is out more than the bottom, that is positive camber. Like this \--/.
Negative camber is /--\. Scott is right on the camber bushings. I did alignments when I worked in an auto repair shop from 1980 until '95 and still use my old boss's alignment equipment to do my own.

You had a problem before. you can't knock camber out of on a solid axle by lifting the truck unless you bent the axle. So what else did you do at the same time?

nothing really. the guy at the shop told me it was because my tires. but like you said i had the problem before. i dont know if its just that out of camber or not. can it do that? and if the axel was that bent wouldnt i notice it when i put her in 4 wheel drive
i was on the road the other day in 4 wheel doing about 30 35 and didnt feel anything
put a factory axle on a narrowing jig and you will find they are rarely straight anyway. I have seen them half inch out of align and still be ok for driving. so it is possible for the axle tube to be bent and not make any issues.
BTW if you have a lot of neg camber and large tires first thing I would be looking at is your balljoints. have one of those about ready to break and it can cause your tires to tilt in some also.
then I would check to make sure the axle housing is actually straight BEFORE I took it in for an alignment.

im a noob at the adjusting. could you give some steps mabey?
Like I said check the balljoints to make sure you don't have any bad ones would be my first step. If those are all good then you can have someone align it. You really need an alignment machine to get it right honestly. Anything else is just a guess.
