Drum 2 Disc conversion

I have a 94 F350 which I would like to convert the rear drums to disc. does any one know if it can be done and where I could get the parts.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Try an advanced search of this site, there should be info out there. Also have a look at egrbrakes.com for complete kits.
