Kingpin question

I have 1975 f100 2wd and am in the process of replacing the kingpins. I took the spindles to a machine shop to get the old bushings pressed out and the new ones press in. Now I am in the process of installing them and am wondering how many shims I should need between the top of the axle and spindle. The kit I bought came with 5 .005 shims, is this enough for both sides. Maybe two on each side. How tight a fit should I have?

Also, should I grease the bushings before I install the kingpin? What about greasing the thrust bearing? Any help would be appreciated.
