pacificgeek.com is very poor at fulfilling their promises.. we ordered a laptop 2 weeks ago, with a promise of 3-5 days... i was expecting closer to 5 days... well 10 days after placing our order, i found a box on the front porch... excited i ripped it open... to find that only a power cord was in it... me having such a short temper i asked my mom to call them... well at first she emailed them, they messaged her back right away, saying that oh it is being sent tomorow... and we will send you the fed ex tracking number... next day, no email from them about the tracking number... another email from their company, saying it will be tomorow... next day, still no tracking number...
finally, a phone call to them, to hear them say its being shipped out the next day... blah blah blah... since it was a little present for myself... and long past when i wanted it and expected it to be here, we sugested an over night delivery... this was on monday... and they agreed with that idea, it is now wedneday, and the last look at fed-ex... says it just got to washington today!!!
nice prices, but before you order, think about the poor customer service... and since they refused to post my testimonial on their site giving them poor raitings... i am going with the word of mout approach and just letting people know...
