LMC and/or NPD have Y pipe assemblies.

Magnaflow also makes a Y pipe for our trucks that is not expensive. Bassani makes one too, but it is more expensive. Summit and Jegs carry these.

As for the rest of the exhaust, you can buy a kit or just take it to a shop. Are you wanting stock replacement muffler and tail pipe or something like a cat back or single in dual out?

There are several cat back exhaust systems for our trucks. The places I mentioned above carry them as well as JCW.

It may be less expensive to just get a good muffler and have an exhaust shop set it up like you want. Do you want a single tail pipe or dual tail pipes?

I recommend Dynomax, Magnaflow, or similar straight through muffler. Gibson is also good, but is very mild sounding. Stay away from Flowmaster unless you want an exagerated hollow tin can sound. I'll buy a glasspack, before I ever buy another Flowmaster.

I used the Bassani y-pipe, Magnaflow high-flow converter and muffler then finished it off with a Dynomax tailpipe on my '92 4x4 F350 w/5.8L. Full 3" exhaust from the y to the tailpipe. I am very satisfied with the results. Did it all in my home garage.

I actually followed his recommendation and went with the larger/longer Magnaflow and am really happy with it. It is a mild but agressive and has a deep tone. Just and FYI, Magnaflow and Dynomax offer a lifetime warranty too.

I bought a summit house brand cat-back, and I believe the cheap catco combination Cat/Headpipes from Summit as well, a few years back for my 1989 F-250 with the 302, and I've been very pleased with it, of course, that rig has a set of Headman shorty headers on it, but the motor has noticeably better bottom-end, and it sure breathes a hell of alot better on the top end. I think I'm into the whole works from the collectors back for about $300, and it was well worth every penny.

Same truck/engine combo I have. I'll have to give that system a look and see if it's what I'm wanting to do.
