I hope I didn't sound like I was hard on him. I am just cautious. I melted my shifter boot with the stock DP without a chip and I know I am pushing more power with the POS Evolution so I voiced my concern based on my experience.
I know that would not cause his problem but again I am cautious.

hey guys. got an update. Justin got his truck scanned and sent me the codes. here they are.
P0273- Injector circuit low-- cylinder 5
P1271- not finding a description for this one
P1272- not finding this one either
P1277- this one either
P1273- or this one
P1274- or this one
P1275- and this one too.
looks like they are all injector codes though. i did get him to tell me that he replaced the passenger side harness this last time. the cylinder 5 code leads me to believe he may have some loose connections in the passenger side. Then he told me that the driver side was A LITTLE melted as well so i told him to go ahead and do that side as well. he said he will do the other side. i'm going to have him take off the passenger side VC and have him check EVERY connection in there and make sure its all good. any ideas on those other codes guys???

P1271- high to low side open. cyl 1-8 causes-open circuit, open inj. failed idm
p1271 thru p1278 same code-same causes im guessing the last number is the injector number that failed
sounds like uvc harness problems on both sides

i am having him check both harnesses and replace the driver side. i hope that the wires leading to the outside connection aren't damaged b/c he will have to take it somewhere to have that fixed b/c he doesn't know how and i can't go out there to do it.
