suspension upgrade

Hello everyone I am new to FTE and i have a question about upgrading my suspension if it is even possible. i have a 94 f 150 flare side with a straight six 5 speed . truck runs great but i do tile work and i load alot of tile and thin set in the back. i was wondering if i can upgrade my suspension to an F 250 or better. i would have gotten an f 250 and not worry about anything but i found my f 150 it was cheap and it had the engine i wanted in a truck. i used to have an 86 full sized Bronco with the straight six and i loved it till the rear end gave out on me and i had to let it go. it had 330,000 original miles on it rust and oil leaking everywhere( rear main seal) and was still running good. well is the suspension upgrade possible to make my truck a little more heavy duty?

That might catch more response than this engine Forum.

I would leave the half-ton leaf packs in the truck and just add roadmaster active suspension springs. Rather than switch the packs, or do add-a-leaf type helper springs. If it were my truck.

i would do airbags or helper springs. if you have bigger tires like my truck (32X11.5) helper springs wont do diddly squat since the fender is gonna hit the tire before the spring touches .

ooo weird thought! were flare sides all 2wd? either way convert it to f250 axles. that would turn some heads. f250 flare side
