Disconnecting ICP

Disconnecting ICP

Trying to trace a no-start problem on a 2004. I have been using Bismic's no-start procedure for tracing the problem. If I read it right, disconnect the ICP and then try to start the truck with the ICP disconnected?

That is correct. ICP for your truck should be on the front passenger side valve cover. If not then you have an early build trk. and it's behind the turbo.

also try to disconnect the ebp thats another issue

If pulling the ICP works, try cleaning the ICP posts and plug with electrical cleaner before replacing. My connections looked fine, but I shot them with cleaner just because and plugged it back in. Haven't had any trouble since then and that's been 3-4 months ago.
