new question about diff shudder

if the rear diff has the wrong fluid in it, like no friction modifier could that cause shudder under power?

depends, what fluid is in there? should be 80-90w and friction modifier should only be needed if there is a limited slip out back. no limited slip no modifier necessary.

it does have limited slip rear diff

LS without friction modifier will cause the clutches to glaze over and could cause noise or vibrations at times when the clutches would normally engage.
