not sure but i know FEs and smallblocks were different bellhousing patterns so it might not bolt up depending on where it does bolt up, i also know on my t-bird the kickdown bolts to the intake manifold and on my smallblock in my truck there arn't bolts in the right locations for the kickdown peice, both of the manifolds are aftermarket. if i was you i would use some rebar or all thread or what ever you have sitting around and weld together a kickdown, or get a cable from i think lokar makes them
