Low Power?
2001 Ford Ranger 3.0L V6 5 speed Manual.
Problems:
1 Difficulty not losing speed up steep hills (usually only in 5th gear)
2. Stuttering under load (usually between 3 and 4k RPMs.
No engine codes, air filter fuel filter spark plugs and wires have all been changed (in the last week (was having misfire problems previously)
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Did you look for vacuum leaks, spray carber cleaner and look for an idle change. Can you do a fuel pressure test. I think you want about 60 but check that. Have you run some injector cleaner. Did you scan the obd?(I know you said no codes but I am wondering if you meant the cel never came on) Have you cleaned the maf and the iac?

You visably look for broken or disvonected hoses etc. Then you take. Carb vleaner and spray it on hoses and gaskets etc. If there is a leak the carb cleaner gets sucked onto the leak and changes the idle.
