Manual to power windows/ compatibility

Hey guys, I have an 89 f250 with power windows that I had to replace the door on after an accident. I put an 85 door on and am wondering what I need to do to make the 85 a power window. Can I use the stuff off the 89 door for parts? Also can the interior door panels swap, do they work across bullnose/brick gens? If anyone has any info I’d appreciate it! Thanks

pictures of the 85 f250 parts truck, black truck in background is the 89. Will get more soon

RockAuto lists the same power regulator for both years so… yes. Swap your parts over to the older door.
