1980-1987 Flareside bed is your best option. Replace the wood during the swap etc...
The 1987 fenders have different bodylines around the arch than the 1980-1986.
1992-1996 Flareside beds are dual steel walled constuction. No wood. They will look very different to what you have now. The fenders have a different bodyline at the bottom as well around the arch.
there are no factory 1988-1991 flaresides.

1980-1986 are an exact match.
1987, the fender flares are different around the wheel opening, but the 1980-1986 fenders will fit on the bed without modification. The beds are identicle 1980-1987, but the fenders are different between the 1980-1986 and the 1987.
1992-1996 beds are drasticly different in looks, they will fit without modification, but will not look good on a show truck IMO.

You will NOT find new bed sides for a flairside. You can find almost any other piece though. Mark-K is a pretty good source for some stainless hardware and nice wood. LMC has some stuff but not alot. AND If you want a BRAND NEW IN THE BOX FORD flairside tailgate, I have one
