Throttle Body Spacer?

I am looking for a Throttle body spacer for my truck it has a 351

What I had a qustion about is what is diffrent between these two,

Just my .02 I don't they think really are worth the money. Some say they save gas some dont.

In a carb application it does increase the "tunnels" which increases the mix of fuel/air but in a EFI situation, it is worthless since the the fuel is injected way past the install point. no additional air can be "created" into the engine and it is WORTHLESS.
