Where does this bonding strap go?

I was changing the spark plugs & boots on my 2002 F-250 V10 CC 4X4 this weekeng and found a 1 1/2 to 2 foot long bonding strap not hooked up on one end. It was attached on one end to the passenger side fire wall at the top. The other end was not hooked up. It ran toward the engine and down between the valve cover and the wheel well. The ring terminal was in perfect shape, so this leads me to believe it has never be hooked up.

Is this strap used on the Powerstoke but not the gas engines?

Just wondering.

I assume its gonna be the same thing as on a 5.4, so it should be attached to the back of the passenger side head, to one of the studs circled. I don't remember which one but I'm pretty sure it won't matter.
