I am at 145k now. Bad thing is I may need to get a trans soon. Truck is still worth it though. Way better than paying for a new one.

Proper care? I've seen some 7.3's where the owners did NNNNNothing to them and they still ran.. These engines are pretty amazing!

This is very true. A local logging company I used to work for is still running some of the old 7.3 IDI and Powerstrokes. Some of them are well over 400K. The pickups are pretty rough shape and the employees drive them hard and put away wet more often than not.
I like to think that if we take care of ours, they will last longer than some of the company rigs I described.

How did you know? I don't know which it needs more. Probably the oil change. Needs a tire rotation/balance.
