He did clean the terminals on the PCM with Acetone Diane. He is going to give me a call in the morning when he starts to look at it again.
If you guys ever need to hire a tech support guy...I'm still unemployed..

Alright, so after talking to Jim, i had sent him a picture of the way the cable was going into the back of the switcher and he said it looks like that was my problem. So he told me to wrap a zip tie around the cable and switcher to hold it in there. The truck seems to be running fine now. Started up fine, drove around for about 20 mins and it ran fine.

Good Deal Matt, Call Jody tomorrow he is at ex 100 and he will get a new cable out to you. I am glad that you got it all set.

Sounds good, Matt. Now you can enjoy some continuous DP permagrin.

That mod list, in your sig, is getting pretty long. You're gonna have to start abbreviating. LOL

I started having trouble with my truck after a DP Tuner install as well...high fuel consumption, lots of black smoke out the exhaust pipe,it somehow made my right foot a little heavier...

Is there a pill, or something, for that? I just let it run its course. May take days, weeks to get over it. Some people never recover.

Just say the word and I'll be there. Or you'll be here. One way or the other.
