There is a crank kit from ford now I wanna say its $2300.
You can bargin down a reman short block to about $5000
you can buy a 6007 complete with turbo and harness for around $10000
Thats with out labor

I have one if you want it.....
I have a 03 engine that I will be finishing a complete rebuild on shortly. ALL NEW gaskets, HPOP, LPOP, main, rod and cam bearings installed, o-rings, piston rings, headgaskets, ARP headstuds, egr delete, complete with injectors. Would need your turbo, and pedestal, and exhaust manifolds. Block hot tanked, checked for flatness, all bores perfect, heads decked .002 for flatness, valve job and valve guide seals, crank, rods, heads, and block all magnafluxed.
