05 Ranger TDI help wanted

Hi ,I am new to this forum so a quick introduction;my name is joe and I am a belgian citizen living in Panama(central America) for the moment.Normaly I am a Cruiserhead(77 BJ 40 and 08 Hilux 3.0 D4D4) but recently I bought a 2005 Ford Ranger at an auction.This is a 2.8 turbo intercooler diesel truck build in argentina

.The truck drives realy good but it has some electrical problems,and there are so much fuses and relais in it and nowhere a explanation for wich is for what.the local dealer has no info because they speak spanish and i do not

My probs are
-Wipers do not work I measured no power at the motor
-All electrical windows refuse to work
-and some other little things witch I already fixed using the info from this forum

My question is can somebody let me know witch fuse and relais belongs to......
Even the electrical map from a gasser is welcome I hope they use for some things the same number.

There many owners manuals available on-line. One of these should have the fuse block diagram. Some are available from Ford:
