Please help wont start 7.3
i have a 99 f350 7.3 it has flood damage and wont start. The motor turns over, but won't start. I have looked at the motor, but I am not very knowlageable about diesels, and can't seem to get it running. The following items have been replaced, or changed: Fuel filter, Camshft position sensor, glow plug relay, oil, and filter, return pressure regulator, and 2 batteries. The fuel pump is supplying the fuel to the motor at the correct pressure @ the fuel filter/water seperator assembly, the Turbo spins freely, and there is no sign of any water contamination in the intake air flow area, motor, or in the oil. I hooked a scanner up to the truck, and the code was: "P0603, Internal CNTRL Module KAM Error". There are NO other codes displayed on the scanner. and help would be great thank you.
