exhaust ???

I have a 01 7.3 lim. and just ordered a 6637 filter and now am thinking about the 4 inch exhaust. My question is for you guys that tow with your Ex. Is it alot alouder inside when you have some weight behind your ride than the stock 3 inch? I will be towing a 6500# TT and want the exhaust because when I get a tune it will help it out. Also I need all the gauges like EGT, trans temp and boost but do not want the pillar pod because my wife does not care to much for that look. Would it be better for me to buy one of those OBD 2 scan gauge type set ups with the tuner already programmed? I am not lookin for HP to pull a large amout of weight. I just would like more than I have now. I was looking at the DP Tuner which is appears that most of you have but again, my wife does not want all the gauges on the pillar. Any of you that have a programmer that keeps up with all the temps and still gets plenty of HP, what do you have and if noy what do you recommend. thanks

The ScanGaugeII seems to be a pretty good setup if you don't want all the individual gauges. I don't believe it measures EGT however, but I could be wrong....
