Keep Texas Rivers Open
[updated:LAST EDITED ON 18-Feb-02 AT 01:18 AM (EST)]Texas basically has NO public lands. The only public place we have to wheel is in navigable river bottoms. A lot of Texas landowners along the rivers would like to see the use of navigable river bottoms stopped so they can enjoy and enhance the value of their "estates" by stopping the publics use of public land.
