What's the deal with those lil stars by people's names? I've been around awhile and don't have one. how do you get one?

Aww Jen, come on, confused? I appreciate the ratings guys. Guess I don't have the helpful insight to warrant anyone else doing it. Oh well. But about the confused thing, I had a question and figured instead of looking it up on my own I'd just help out our little post war and do it here. I don't like to lose, and I never give up. Tennessee should remember that.
