Another Zoodad Question

Have a 2000 F250 7.3L with AFE stage II.
Will this help with the airflow even though the battery is blocking a "true direct flow".
I have tried reading through the other posts and have not seen any comment except for the 6.0L's.

Thank you.

I have the AFE Stage 2 with the Zoodad mod. I did it before putting on the AFE. I would say that the Zoodad helps. I put some screen wire over the hole because I was getting alot of bugs and such on my filter. So, I would say the air is getting to it just fine!

Im with Roland on this one... Any extra air is helpful. These trucks pull a ton of CFM.

I saw at least a 15 degree drop in intake air temp as well. Very easy mod to do.
