spark problem

spark problem
Hi i was wondering if anyone can help i have a 1986 f 250 with a 460 i am only getting one spark out of the coil when i turn it over is there anything i can check or replace that is before the coil?

Try the ignition module. Follow the wires from the dist, and they should run over to the fender to a silver box, which is the ignition module. If that turns out not to be the problem, at least you will have a spare you can throw behind the seat.
