Here are some pics of the ABS rear panel I made 1/8" ABS panel used a heat gun to get it formed to the corners, I even used the original rubber to hold it in in additional to some trim screws.

How backed up are you with interior jobs? Are you gonna charge Paul Atkins/Chuck Hanna rates? Watchout Terry(Truxx56) Jaye is treading in your territory. Great job man

Hey Jaye that panel looks mighty good. Which local shop did you use to purchase this? It looks like something I might like to use. I think Fat Boys will have the cars there this coming Sat. The price you paid sounds like it is about as reasonable as anything you could use. Larry.
Hi Larry,
I got the ABS from Piedmont Plastics, on Foster Brothers Drive, about 1 mil past 321 & Fish Hatchery Rd going towards Swansea. I had an original cardboard that I used to trace on the ABS sheet, once I had it under the window gasket I pushed in the corners while heating it with a heat gun, I could feel the ABS forming. Then I put screws in the corners and heated it again, one in place I marked and trimmed the edges to fit in the seal. I also bolted 6 2" "L" shaped brackets on the cab floor brace to bolt the bottom of the ABS to, two trim screws in each coener and one in the center. I plan on being at Fat Boys this weekend if all goes well, maybe I'll see you if you are there. I have a fiber board headliner from DC I just don't want to mess it up by putting it in myself, I can't find a local shop who will try it.

I am going to try to get to Fat Boys Sat if possible. My son will probably go and I will have my grandaughter. He has a 1972 flat black Nova with twin turbos he just installed. If I get there I will look for your truck. Thanks for the info and I don't live very far from Peidmont Plastics. Larry.
Well it looks like maybe you should ask for a commission from them Jaye because I'll be going by there too. Thats a great job. I'll be going to Fat Boys late saturday with my Grandson hope to see your truck there
