Fog lights not working

Fog lights not working
Checked fuses,Dont know what relay to check. Theres no juice at the lights per voltmeter. Juice at switch ... Bulbs are good...If its on a relay I could check that if I knew which one.

Ok, spent 3 hours searching for the problem. Cant find it. Im done.. I think Im going to run wire from the oem fogs to the cab and put them on a toggle. Really I want to be able to put the fogs on and off when I want not just when headlights are on. So does anyone know if how I stated to do it is ok? Do I need to put anything else like a relay or something. Im not really sure what a relay is but I read the oem fogs are connected to a relay under the dash...
