Welcome to FTE!! It really all depends on what you want to do with your truck. That will tell you what direction you can go with the mods. For starters you can research: CAI, Headers, better Y pipe, and a tuner. These mods would be a good place to start. I've got a Diablo tuner up for sale right now if your interested. i've added a s&b air box and a sct x2 tuner. i bought both from mike at 5 star tuning. i'm happy w/ both. you can reach mike at 5 Star Tuning | Custom Dynomemeter Chassis Tuning Products and Services good luck.
p.s. if you can afford a diff. gear change you will feel a big difference. what size tires and gears do you have now?

Start with the SCT tuner from Mike at 5-star. He's the sponsor for the V10 forum.
For my '01 V10, it dropped my 0-60 time from 10 seconds, down to 9.02-9.04.
That's with ebay headers, ebay y-pipe, and a Volant CAI. (You can follow the link in my signature to read about the Volant and the 5-star tuner).
