Oh What a Feeling
Fixing my Ford. Actually looking forward to fixing my Ford F250. After years of Dodge products and years of fixing the endless problems on my RAM , I am looking forward to the OIL leak upgrade to my 99 F250. I am seeing it as a needed maintenance / investment with the Ford and not a patch until the thing isn't worth driving anymore with the Dodge.
This forum has helped get me started in the repair, Thanks.
I see what looks like o ring material coming out between the hpop and the hose fitting (along with the oil). Trying to fiqure out if this would be an o ring repair or if I have to replace that hose adapter on the HPOP. I can't get a wrench in there to try and snug it up either. Are these repairs an automatic HPOP removal like dieselorings.com has in their manual for other repairs? I am guessing a Ford Dealership would be the quickest place to get parts.
