Expedition doors???
Hi I am new to the forum and have enjoyed reading some of the post. I have recently gotten a 99 Expedition. I just noticed some rust appearing on the inside of the doors down at the bottom. AND! it is on all four doors. Is this anything that anyone else has??? :-(

sounds like she spent a lot of time in the northern part of the world were salt is used alot in the winter or perhaps a previous owner used her for a 'beach buggy'
Either way, you need to do something about it quickly before it gets worse. 1st thing I'd do is to remove that door panels and see how bad it is. clean it up as best you can and make sure the drain holes are clear. if you are lucky it may only be suface rust that can be cleaned up and sprayed over without much difficulty.

thanks for the quick response!
I talked with a auto body friend of mine and he suggested that I call Ford Pronto! He says it will just come back again.
Is there any recalls out there on them? He says that Ford did a recall on the pickup for about the same thing.
