i have a e40d in a 91 f250 that i recently put in rushed the job didnt get the torque converter on and belive i messed the pump up. The very tip of the converter where it enters the tranny is scratched/stripped. I have another e40d not so good but has a good pump how hard is it to pull the pump and swap it?

 

sorry more to add. When i put the truck in drive it dies unless i rev it and will only move in 4hi lil to no power truck reves great in neutral
