My initial guess is "no" as I think the bed sides on the F250 are going to be a little deeper than on the F150.....BUT.....I have been wrong before, and could very well be wrong on this one too....just my $0.02 on the matter.
Any chance you have access to both vehicles and could take some quick measurements? That might give you enough to be able to make a quick yes/no decision....just a thought.

after lookin at my f250 i see the cargo hooks are on the back of the bed near the tailgate, and the ones on my old f150 were on the sides of the bed...so im guessing no it wont be a direct fit...thanks
