How to identify fuel lines at rear tank?
Hello, I am trying to install a new aft-of-axle fuel tank on a '97 F350 PS crewcab.
How can I tell which flexible hose is the return and which is the suction? I am about to drop the new tank back out and mark which of the tubes coming out of the tank is the return (wish I'd had my second thoughts first), but which hose do I hook to it? I hope you aren't gong to say ``Turn on the fuel pump and switch to the rear tank.''
Also, is there an easy way to get at those connections on top of the tank, short of removing the bed (that's really not an option)? I'm in this mess because when I dropped the tank half way to get at those connections, I didn't make note of which hose I couldn't see came off which tube I couldn't see.
Thanks!
