EMERGENCY - SMOKE!!! HELP
My 93 ranger has smoke coming out of the air vents. This is not a sweet smell of coolant - it is a smell of fire - like a campfire. Could the heater core be melting? How do I make sure it doesn't go up in flames?

You have leaves or other debris that has gotten into the heater box thru the cowl vents and into the fan, thats where the smoke is coming from. You need to open up the heater box and remove the debris................SOON!
