All F-350 Super Duties do but the F-250s do not. To get the auxiliary rear springs on the F-250, you have to order the camper package. I ordered my 250 with the camper package and it was included as part of it. Without the camper package, it has the standard leaf pack without the auxiliary. Same way on the '08-'10 models.
