Shocks
Generally speaking any shocks are better than worn stockers. I put Rancho RSX's (Monroe Reflex is the same shock) on my truck and the improvement is exceptional. Most recommend Rancho, Bilstein or Edelbrock....can't go wrong with any of these choices.

You will find that everyone has an opinion on this subject, and rarely do they agree. If you check prior posts on this subject you will find quite a debate without any concensis as to which shock is the best. And how can you, unless you buy all available shocks and put them all through a series of tests? Can't be done. I'll tell you what I did. I looked for any gas shocks that were on sale. What I got were Pro Comp ES 3000. They ride great, much better than stock. Without a side-by-side comparison, all you get are opinions. But, with gas at a sale price you are sure to probabaly get quality and at a good price.

I forked out the big bucks for the Edelbrocks and hate them. They ride great when they work, but I have had 3 of the 6 on my Bronco replaced under warranty within the first 6 months. If I were to do it again, I would go with either the Ranch 9000's, or a good gas shock that's on sale. I have used the Skyjacker shocks before and they were excellent.
