SNOW!

It has been snowing for over a week - but only a few CM's per day. I am going to go out an measure tomorrow to see how much we have.
How is everybody else making out in Ontario Snow Country?

SNOW!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 01-12-03 AT 11:18 AM (EST)]Friday night we got a dumping here in Port Perry. Well over a foot.
We got up Saterday morn and it was unbelivable. Thank God for 4x4 I had to run up and down my driveway a few times with both my truck and sleds just so we could get the cars out to plow. We went sledding for most of the day yesterday. Traffic on the trails was unreal!! With the snow we recived in the last week and this big dumping the trail conditions are the best we had in 3 years. It's so deep off trail that if you let off the trottle it ends up coming over the hood and windsheild into your face (heated visor is a must).I feel like a West Coast powder hound.

Gotta love it Yee Haw.....

Oh Ya it's still snowing on and off with heavy squals :7

SNOW!

I am jealous!
You got more snow and sleds. What a year to be without one . This totally sucks. Oh-well. Maybe someday! I dig the new Ski-doo REV!
It is -20 Degrees Celsius here tonight. Truck won't like that in the morning. It is being really cranky lately. Got a winter front, that helps with warm-up, but not starting. I am thinking that the carb is due for some work - was gonna do it in the fall, but never quite got there.

SNOW!

[updated:LAST EDITED ON 01-14-03 AT 09:35 AM (EST)]What about a block heater! I put one in my truck and man what a differance. -21 here this morning I put the block heater on for 1 hour and a 3min warm up for the oil. Nice and toasty!!! It only took me about an hour to install it. Ya the Rev is a pretty slik I tried one out on Saterday it would take me a while to get used to riding in that position. You really get the sensation of a high center of gravity. But in reality it's very stable. If I had my choice I'd go with the 03 Ski-doo Legend SDI 800 man what a machine Check it out also try their build your own sled option.http://www.ski-doo.com/SkiDoo2003/web/jsp/100_mainPage.jsp?Params=N.CAEN.230.0&modelId=20040 0&packageId=200430&colorId=02&pid=200433&x=83&y= 7

SNOW!

Block heater would be a good idea, but unfortunately I'm apartment bound and no place to plug one.
Good to hear an un-biased review of the REV.
Yeah, the Legends are a nice looking machine.

SNOW!

Nice looking sled. I like it better in blue myself, but that is just me. It is neat that they let you build your own sled. Way cool.
