I've been on dayshift for a week or so now Pat. The constantly changing shifts tend to turn me into somewhat of an insomniac...LOL.

How's it going this morning? I'm planning on watching the race and some football today if I can. Anything on the agenda for today?

Just working bud. I hear you about those rotating shifts. We did that for a while when I was in security here years ago. Turned all of us into damn zombies!

Yeah....one of these days when I'm rich and famous, I won't have to worry about it anymore...LOL. How was your Halloween? We took the kids out to a few different freinds' houses and had to run a few errands so we weren't here for the trick-or-treaters.

Morning Junior!

Took my daughter out for a little while, but her bronchitis is coming back, so she didn't want to go out very long. Makes me sad, she just loves Halloween, and she's been on and off sick for weeks. She had to miss her daycare's trip to the pumpkin patch since she was home sick that day. I'll be glad when she's all better.

I hate to hear that Pat. We'll be praying for her to get well real soon my friend. I know what you mean about the whole Halloween thing. Jamie had a migraine yesterday and I had a pretty good headache myself but the kids were going nuts wanting to go out so we soldiered on and got 'er done.

With this flu the kids had, it kept them out of school during some of the fun stuff they had wanted to be there for. But in the long run, they realized they had to stay home to get well.

Thanks John, I appreciate the sentiment, my friend! I'll be glad when the whole flu thing burns out. We've only had one of the kids with the H1n1 so far.

Count your blessings Pat. It has been here in abundance. Our pediatrician told us that virtually every case of flu she'd seen was H1N1. I'm like you in that I'll be glad when it's run its course and is gone. I'm actually hoping for a really cold winter here so some of the junk we've been dealing with will kind of die off.

Will had to drive last night and was out a lil late picking up the alcoholics.

Also, everyone, I know its a tradition around the colleges here, but today marks the start of No Shave November or Novembeard... any participators?
