E4OD check ball locations 90 - 95.
installing a B&M shift kit,thought id snap a pic to help me first.
i lifted the old screen up slowly and sat each ball back in place as i lifted.that's why its not in the pic.then i got to thinking,it would only take me a min,and save me trouble latter to grab the camera.
anyway,hope it helps you.
if my truck wont go in gear,il let ya know not to follow this lol.

How many CB are there? Mine is the same as yours, and I counted 10, including the EPC, even though the diagram in the kit states there are 11 for our model years.

Oh my... Comparing our pictures I found out the rubber ball further to the right is in a different hole, just one hole to the left. Do you think that could be the cause of my problem with the reverse?.
ON EDIT: I found out all my check ***** were in place, you should check the upper ball in you pic FORDF250, as it might be in a wrong position.

make sure you have the check ***** in the correct spots for your year model and you have used the correct valve body gaskets. pages 6 thru 21 cover check *****, gaskets and separator plates
