Pinion seal replacement

I am working on a replacement of the pinion seal on the rear-end of a 1944 1.5 ton truck. I have dropped the drive shaft and removed the nut holding the yoke on the rear end. My question is if there is anything else holding this yoke on? I have tapped and punched and sprayed WD40 and I have a gear puller on it now and before I really start pulling on this yoke I thought I better ask... Any other advice about this repair is also welcome. Thanks!
-Miles.

Well, I got the yoke off, but now I have another question. The seal appears to have a metallic outer side and is behind a lip from the pinion flange. Is the proper procedure to just get a seal puller and pull out the seal from under the flange lip, or do you have to un-bolt the entire pinion flange to get at the seal? Thanks again.
-Miles.
