2001 engine problem

I'm going to look at a truck advertised with 129000 miles, with an engine problem. Whats the most common engine problem with a 2001? What all should I look for?

there are alot of "problems" that a truck could have or get. with 129,000 it could be very serious or very minor. find out exactly what is wrong with it and tell us about it and we can tell you how big of a deal it is.
