Guage bezel and engine question
I'll start by saying that you guys,on this site,are just the best ever!!
Now,i'm still not having any luck finding a guage bezel for my 63'!Guys,ANY help at all?
Secondly,I just found out the engine is stuck(292).I found a good running 460 that is currently in a 76'pickup.
Will the later model 460 bolt up to the stock 3 speed bell housing?
Should I just try to rebuild the 292?
You guys know alot more than me about this kind of stuff so please help out a former Chevy guy.
The truck itself is too far gone to restore so,I don't really care that much about using the "#'s matching"stuff.I'm going to DRIVE this truck and can't hardly wait til' it's on the road!I'm friggin'CRAZY about this thing!

You have the round style speedometer gauge, correct? You do have the speedometer cluster, correct? All you need is the bezel, correct? You pay shipping and I'll send you one. If you need gauges or the speedometer it will cost you $3,000,000.00

I have a spare gauge set from my 66 if you are interested. The only thing I think is different is the 66 has an AMP light where as the pre 65's have a GEN light. If you are going to put a Alternator on it it might be better to have the AMP. PM me if you are interested.
