'99 Leaf spring shims/spacers
Several years back I had a '99 and when it was in the shop for a clunk in the front end when hitting a bump, they installed some white thin plastic shims between the leaf springs. They were OEM parts. I thought no, that wouldn't fix it but it did. I just bought another one with the same noise and symptoms. Does anyone have an idea what I am talking about and a part number. I want to do them myself since it really wasn't that hard. I believe they spread the leaves with a crowbar and inserted them in between.
