I bought a cheap parts truck awhile back, that has a excellent transmission in it. I had a guy contact me looking for an automatic overdrive. So I had it all ready to sell, and I kept telling him it was an AOD and to make sure he had one in his truck.

He told me his truck was a 351 truck, and had an AOD, but I knew damn well it didnt.
So I did my research (took about 5 minutes) and found out quickly that the 351's didnt have an AOD behind them (like I had thought). I contacted him a few more times and he said he wanted it, and his truck had an AOD.

So I just called him and got him to read the door code for me, and sure enough, trans code e.

I was thinking about selling it to him and letting him figure it out and deal with the issues, but now I SHOULD have some good karma coming my way!
