2001 F350 engine skipping?

2001 F350 engine skipping?
Has an injector(s) gone bad?
I resolved a low fuel pressure to OEM filter problem with a new housing from Guzzle ( center of old housing was gone- no support for spring ) and a shim. Pressure is now around 60 psi.
Truck runs now, but shutters even in neutral and has low power when placed in gear, but will move the truck. I drained the tank and put in fresh diesel fuel. I have let it run at idle and driven around yard for about an hour trying to purge air and get fresh fuel to the engine.
Other than cam sensor, truck has ran great since purchase in 2001.

You need approx 40 -50 miles to purge the air from the system. We installed a set of injectors on my truck last weekend and it did take a bit to get them cleared out. Does it "skip" while idleing or when in gear?
