Progress on my '55
This is my long running 55 project. Like many, I lost interest for a couple of years but I'm back tinkering. I just need to plumb the trans, put on some radiator hoses and wire the engine compartment to the fuseblock and ignition switch. I should be able to light the fire in a month.

Ya its hard to keep at these projects. They're big. My favorite "keep going" trick is to make a deal with myself that I only have to go out to the shop and work for 10minutes. That's it. 10 minutes. And after that if I want to just quit and come back in its OK. But 95% of the time after 10 minutes I get involved and enjoy it. Its just like "running" or "cycling" for some reason it doesn't sound "good" when we're sitting comfortably inside etc. But once one gets started its fun.
