Remote control for stereo volume

Anybody know of or heard of a add-on switch for stereo volume in our trucks. I would like to have one on the steering wheel, if possible?

I have heard somewhere on how to wire he cruise control buttons to the radio somehow. But that was on an explorer or mustang probly so I'm not sure. I've seen it done so look around.
