2002 F150 Automatic A/C controller - Back Lights Replace
Does anyone know the bulb needed for the A/C controller back lighting?
It is not the same bulb as used in the instrument pannel or the manual controller. This is a very small (soldered in) bulb.

Never did figure out exactly which bulb it is but here is what I did.
The original bulbs are soldered onto the board and have a black plastic piece that is used to hold them steady.
I purchased 12v 50ma solder in base bulbs from Radio Shack.
To remove the old bulb just twist the base and they will come right off.
Bend the leads and solder on the new bulbs.
